Last date for Courses Add/ Drop for Semester without dues adjustment. The Courses dropped after the prescribed dates will be refunded at the rate of 60% during 3rd week, 20% during the 4th week and no refund will be made after this four weeks period. During summer session 60% fee is refunded after first 3 days of the second week and 20% during the last 2 working days of the same week. No refund is made after this period. All courses dropped after the initial period of Add/Drop will be reflected in the transcript as “Withdrawn”. No student will be allowed to add a course in which the student strength has reached its capping limit. |

Late Registration is allowed with Late Registration Fee. Rs 1000/= will be charged in 1st week and Rs 2000/= in 2nd week. No registration is allowed after the Late Registration Period. |

Payment of Dues |
Regular semester dues are payable by the dates specified in the fee card issued by the Account Department each year for each student. The annual estimated fee based on average course load is payable in four equal installments on or before the 10th day of September, December, March and June each year. Those who are unable to pay their dues by the deadline have a grace period of 20 calendar days subject to a fine of Rs 100/= per day, up to maximum of 10% of the amount due. Failure to pay the dues and fine by the end of grace period will result in dismissal of the student from the program. |
