 Dr. Tayyaba Anees joined Vienna University of Technology, Vienna, Austria for her PhD in 2008. She completed her PhD in 2012. Her PhD dissertation is in the area of Service-oriented architecture and web services availability domain. She has worked as a project assistant in Vienna University of Technology, Vienna, Austria. She has worked at Punjab University College of Information Technology, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan for over 6 years. She has taught courses including distributed and parrallel systems, research trends in software engineering, software quality assurance, software project management, introduction to computing, programming fundamentals, object oriented programming, software engineering, internet programming and web technology to PhD, MS, Msc and BS students.

She is currently working as Assistant professor/Director Software Engineering Program at Software Engineering department of University of managment and Technology, Lahore. Her research interests include
