It gives us immense pleasure to share the exciting news that one of our students ANNS Ijaz has been selected as a participant in the transformative Global UGRAD program for Spring 2024. After a rigorous application process that commenced in September 2022, the Global UGRAD program, facilitated by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP), he has been chosen as the sole principal candidate from UMT among the mere 125 students selected nationwide from a staggering pool of 33,000 applicants. After going through the process that took him more than a year, he has successfully secured his United States’ visa. This journey has been a testament to perseverance and determination, and he is eager to embark on this transformative chapter in his academic pursuit. This distinction highlights not just an individual success but a collective victory for our academic community.
The Global UGRAD program, under the auspices of USEFP, is renowned for fostering cross-cultural understanding and academic excellence.
