The Faculty Development Workshop on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) stands as a pivotal initiative to empower educators in fostering a deeper understanding of programming paradigms among students. Organized with a vision to enhance teaching methodologies and curricular approaches, this workshop brought together faculty members from diverse academic institutions for a collaborative exploration of OOP principles and practices.

            A Faculty Development Workshop on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) was arranged by the Department of Artificial Intelligence. The workshop was led by the Chairman of the Department, Dr Muhammad Shoaib Farooq.The workshop delved into the intricacies of structuring a curriculum that effectively introduces and advances OOP concepts. Participants gained insights into designing modules that cater to various learning styles, ensuring a holistic and engaging educational experience for students.

The workshop included an examination of pedagogical approaches customized to the intricacies of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Educators were introduced to methods that place learners at the center, actively involving students in the learning process. The effective assessment strategies that go beyond traditional exams were also explored. Educators learnt to design assessments that measure not only theoretical knowledge but also practical application and problem-solving skills.
