We at the School of Systems and Technology (SST), in collaboration with BNB Chain, like to conduct a "BNB Chain University Roadshow – UMT Lahore" on Thursday, March16, 2023. This workshop is designed to engage with the academic community and would be a fantastic opportunity for the young tech wizards.
This roadshow is designed to provide students and faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the BNB Chain and its potential to revolutionize various industries and provide them with hands-on training. As well as educate about the different initiatives for academic engagement like the Ambassador program, internships, and interactive sessions.

Speaker Profile:
Maryam Zulfiqar has years of research experience and a master’s degree in computer science from ITU. She is a tech enthusiast with experience in research and development in the applied blockchain domain for a secure and better future. She is passionate about developer education, especially about sharing her knowledge on topics that are “the talk of the town” in the technology field.

1. Setting up GitHub Accounts
2. MetaMask Wallet connectivity to BSC Testnet;
3. Smart-contract development;
4. Using truffle and ganache for local development and testing;
5. Unit testing of smart contracts;
6. Deploying smart contracts on BSC Testnet;
7. Front-end integration with smart contract using web3.js library; (if we have time)
